Two packs, one accessory program
Same fit, same warranty — the difference is runtime. The 1800 mAh pack carries a recliner about 200 recline cycles between charges. The 2600 mAh carries roughly 350, and is the better fit for furniture running multiple motors — power headrest, lumbar, or both. Carrying the pair gives your floor a step-up story: the 1800 for a straightforward recliner, the 2600 for the fully loaded piece.
Both charge with a red-to-green status light and beep before they run down — so the customer knows to plug in, instead of calling your service desk about a chair that stopped working. Every pack ships with an 84-inch extension cable, so the battery can sit wherever the frame allows rather than only where the motor happens to be. No separate charger is required — the pack charges off the furniture's own power transformer. We offer part PMF-CHRG as a standalone battery charger for customers who prefer the battery to ship with one, and it's the same unit for both capacities.

What does the customer get in the box?
The battery pack and an 84-inch extension cable, so it mounts wherever the frame has room rather than only at the motor. No charger required — it charges off the furniture's own transformer. PMF-CHRG adds a standalone transformer for customers who want one dedicated to the battery.
Is the battery certified?
Yes. Both packs are independently tested and listed by TÜV Rheinland, a globally recognized safety laboratory, under UL 62133-2 — the North American safety standard for rechargeable lithium battery packs. Both carry the cTUVus mark, and we'll send the certificates for your vendor compliance file on request.

How small an order can I start with?
As small as you want. There's no opening minimum and no reorder minimum — if you want two packs to test attach rate before you commit to a case, we'll ship two. A full case of 15 is where the freight works out best, but that's a recommendation, not a requirement.
